1. Membership of the InboundUK Concierge and Helpdesk service entitles you to full access to the website and your own personal customer adviser. This service is available at an annual fee or payable monthly in advance. If you chose to pay monthly your credit/debit card will be charged on or about the same date each month. When membership is no longer required a 30 day notice of termination is required. Initial membership must be taken for a minimum of 2 months.

2. InboundUK owns this site and owns (or licenses) the copyright and other related rights in all the wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, images, graphics, music, text, software, and other content on this site ("Content"), and all HTML, and other code and scripts in any format used to implement this site ("Code"). All other intellectual property rights are reserved. This site is for personal use and non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, upload, download, display, transmit, licence, (re)publish, distribute, create derivative work from, transfer or sell any Code or Content from this site except as expressly permitted by these rules and the instructions for each section of this site. You agree that you will not use any portion of this site in violation of any agreements or membership rules of such programs or other sites.

InboundUK assumes no responsibility for the Content of any other sites to which this site has Click-Through Access and shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any Content, products or services available on such sites. InboundUK will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.

InboundUK shall have no liability for any claims brought by the owners of Content or sites accessed through Click-Through Access based on your inappropriate or not permitted access of such Content or sites. You hereby agree to indemnify InboundUK for such claims if brought against InboundUK if you knowingly used this site for such inappropriate or not permitted access.

10. By purchasing or ordering anything on this site, you indicate that you agree to the following:

A. InboundUK is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

B. In some cases, your contract will be with InboundUK, in other cases it will be a third party where InboundUK is acting on its behalf.

C. Where your contract is not with InboundUK but with a third party, InboundUK may pass on your credit or debit card and any other essential booking details to that third party. The placing of an order for any products or services by you will constitute consent to InboundUK passing on such details.

D. Where your contract in not with InboundUK but with a third party, the complaint and return policies for products and services is dependent on that third party's policies.

E. You undertake that all details you provide to InboundUK for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of product or service.

F. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform InboundUK as soon as possible.

G. InboundUK will not send you e-mail that you do not want, but InboundUK cannot guarantee that third parties to whom your details are sent will not do so.

H. All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

I. Costs of foreign products and services may be subject to currency fluctuations.

J. Suppliers have the right to substitute products and services of a similar description and standard if the requested product or service is not available.

K. InboundUK reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed products and services at any time.

L. The information for each product or service is given in good faith and consistent with information supplied to InboundUK.

M. InboundUK cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or misleading product or service descriptions.

N. Products and services may differ slightly from the images shown.

O. Quoted delivery times are specific to products and locations and apply to working days only.

P. InboundUK is not liable for duty or seizure costs incurred during international delivery.

Q. A signature may be required upon delivery.

R. Damages to or loss of the products are not the responsibility of InboundUK. InboundUK is not responsible for return delivery charges.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
